Common questions
The check failed but my bed is made.
Make sure the whole bed is in frame and the room is lit. Scan again. If it fails twice you can submit anyway and the check completes later.
The check is taking too long.
Each attempt stops after 7 seconds. Try again on a better connection, or submit anyway after two attempts.
I want to change my reminder time.
Settings, Reminder. Your override stays until you clear it.
Restore my subscription.
Settings, Restore purchases. Subscriptions are managed in your Apple ID settings.
Delete my data.
Settings, Delete my data. This removes your streak, photos and friend code.
Cancel my subscription.
iPhone Settings, your name, Subscriptions, Bedrock.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are decided by Apple, not by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
